    Original design?
    Flashy graphics?
    XHTML compliancy?

    or does good content make it not matter?

    Well my take on good design is based on the following formula:

    A X 50 + B X 25 + C X 15 + D x 10

    A = Mathematical average on “Web Design”
    B = Mathematical average on “Creativity”
    C = Mathematical average on “Content”
    D = Mathematical average on “Usability”
